Returns:

●      Orders Shipped to You: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

●      Orders Shipped to a Recipient: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped directly to the recipient.

●      Return Conditions:

●      The gift box must be returned in its original condition, unopened and undamaged.

●      You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

●      Refund Process: Once we receive the returned gift box and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Please Note:

●      This return policy does not apply to any promotional items or items purchased during a sale.

●      We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
