Thank you for shopping at Wildflower Pop! We appreciate your order.

Order Processing Times:

      Blanket Gift Boxes: 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed Thursday afternoon through Friday may ship the following week.

      All Other Items: 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options, including:

      USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS

Shipping Times:

      Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier delays.

The dates displayed upon checkout are estimates from the carriers themselves, and while we hope they deliver on time once the packages leave our hands we have no control over how fast the carrier makes that delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or issue refunds for delays caused by the carriers or the weather/location events. This applies to ALL SHIPPING METHODS including expedited ones. 

No refunds will be given for missed delivery dates because of the carrier. 

We are not the carrier- the information you see in tracking is the information we see in tracking.

By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our store, including our Shipping policy.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please be kind as we want your gift to arrive in a timely manner as well, and want you to be happy with your purchase. 

 

      Ground Shipping: 2-14 business days- we ship from 2 locations Washington State and Colorado. Please keep in mind ground shipping is just that- it will travel by ground. Ground transport has restrictions on how many hours they can drive per day. 

      Priority Mail: 2-5 business days

      Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

      Holiday Seasons and Weather: Please allow extra time for shipping during peak holiday seasons and unexpected weather conditions.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship in the United States.

Special Requests:

We do our best to accommodate special requests, such as expedited shipping or switching items out for something else. Please contact us at wildflower.pop@gmail.com to inquire about your specific needs.

Order Substitutions:

During busy holiday seasons, minor substitutions may be made to ensure timely order fulfillment. These substitutions may include variations in ribbons, small decorative items, or minor color variations while maintaining the overall style and value of the gift box.

Disclaimer:

We use major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers. With current layoffs and restrictions on delivery drivers please understand that all delivery will be affected. We expect this to continue throughout the year. As a small business the only thing we have control over is how fast we get your gift to the delivery company, we have no control on delivery times.
